Dragon Quest Builders announced with details and gameplay

Square Enix has released a new set of Dragon Quest Builders details and couple of videos. Details that are released thus far:

- There will be two modes, Story Mode which your quest will involve you building your own towns in order to revive the world devastated by The Dragonlord as you aim to defeat him. As like any other Dragon Quest series, the story will lead you to meet and help out various interesting characters, as well as battle many formidable foes. - Free Build Mode essentially gives you an Unknown Island where it will be segregated to three parts where you are able to build your Home base, venture out to find more resources of materials while battling monsters and a Battle Arena which are you able to enter to fight of hordes of monsters to obtain raid materials and recipes

Dragon Quest Builders will launch exclusively for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PS Vita in Japan on January 28.
