In November 8, 2013 , The Typhoon Haiyan ( known as Yolanda in Philippines ) devasted the country of Philippines . It was the biggest typhoon on landfall in the history of human kind. On that fateful day, communication almost blacked out between the people in that country with the outside world.
VoraSyn clan at that point of time was aimlessly trying to locate its members whereabouts and was determined to know if they were safe. It was a very good lesson that slapped us on our face, it was a risk that exist everyday that we could have lost our loved ones even to natural disasters.
At such, we realized that we need a system in place that would at least enable us and all our members to know the S.O.P ( Standard Of Procedure ) when faced with such situation. DI-CON Protocol was formed and activated.

DI-CON Protocol requires all members ( Mandatory ) to fill up a Member Details Form, this is so that when the worst do happen, at least we in the clan can help organize whatever we possibly can to locate you , your family and arrange any forms of Aid if neccessary .
